AERO MOSS
Living Green Infrastructure

Not a moss panel with an aeroponic label. AERO MOSS redesigns production, panel manufacturing and post-installation growth management into one AI Aero-Moss System.

01System Chain

From moss stock to remote care

Growing moss in a plant and making panels is not the end point. The plant is an Aero Smart Farm, and the finished panel carries the same growing technology at a reduced scale.

  1. Moss stock
  2. Propagation
  3. Module rooting
  4. AI environment
  5. Fine mist
  6. Sensing
  7. Auto growth
  8. Panel standard
  9. Shipment
  10. Installation
  11. Remote care

02Grow → Manufacture → Install → Monitor → Maintain

One lifecycle, one operator

01

Grow

The production plant is itself an Aero Smart Farm: multi-tier vertical racks hold moss modules while temperature, humidity, light and moisture are sensed continuously and mist volume is adjusted automatically.

02

Manufacture

Modules that have fully rooted are graded and standardised into architectural panel formats with fixed dimensions, weight, drainage and mounting interfaces.

03

Install

Panels ship as building components and mount on façades, interior walls and structures with the standard bracket, feed and drain detail.

04

Monitor

After installation the same growing technology is applied at a reduced scale: micro-mist, sensors, feed and drain, all reported back to the platform.

05

Maintain

Remote management handles irrigation uniformity, over-wetting and mould risk, seasonal recipes and panel replacement scheduling.

03Critical Control Points

Where moss walls usually fail

CP1

Irrigation uniformity

Moss panel research identifies uneven watering as the primary failure mode. Zone-level mist nozzles and per-zone moisture feedback keep delivery even across the full panel face.

CP2

Over-wetting and mould

Mist cycles are driven by measured moisture and airflow rather than fixed timers, with drying windows scheduled to suppress mould development.

CP3

Growth light recipes

Low-intensity spectrum and photoperiod recipes tuned per moss species and per growth stage, in the plant and after installation.

CP4

Panel standardisation

Coverage ratio, moisture retention, weight and rooting density are measured before shipment so every panel meets one FE quality standard.

05IP Position

Differentiate against prior art

Automatic mist supply for living moss walls has already been researched and patented, and registered Korean patents combining moss greening with mist, smart management and growth lighting have been confirmed.

So the pending application should not broadly claim 'moss + mist'. It must be positioned against prior art precisely — on the production-to-installation chain, the closed control logic between plant and installed panel, and the measurable panel standard.

Action item: request a prior-art comparison from the patent attorney now, before the claim set is finalised.
